TrueRubee is a individual artist offering hypoallergenic jewellery for sensitive skin and allergy kids everywhere. All content and offerings on this site are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product & Services
All of our products are hand made. Any jewellery that will be worn is 100% stainless steel materials including, wire, chain, links and lobster claw hooks. We source our materials to ensure this quality is provided because we take allergies seriously and want you to be in love with your look and accessories!

Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in CAD ( Canadian Dollars). We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards and other options offered at the time of payment. Secured checkout with Square.
Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
Shipping
While we aim to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays due to postal services, weather or customs. We appreciate your excitement in receiving our products and Thank you greatly for supporting a small business! Thank you, Thank you!
Returns & Refunds
If your item(s) arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at truerubee@gmail.com with your order #, photos, and we will do our best to make it right!
If you want to return an item because you are unsatisfied, return shipping will be your responsibility, please ensure you are buying intentionally here! As a small business every expense is important and we greatly appreciate your support.
