TrueRubee wants to provide all customers with an exceptional experience. Here is the information for how shipping and handling will be, well, handled! As a new business order joining the online market we hope for no mistakes but we are human just figuring it out as we go! We apologize about this in advance but want to ensure you know we will work with you the whole entire way! We are here to help!
Shipping Policy - the basics
Orders take 3 - 5 days to create your custom piece. Once your order is completed it will be safely packaged and shipped within 3 - 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday only and will not include weekend days Sat and Sun.
Ex. Order placed Sun 1st. Custom ordered pendent created/finished by Sun 8th. Shipped out anytime between Mon 9th to Fri 13th or Mon 16th to Tues 17th.
Orders are shipped out from Kingston, NS, Canada with Canada Post. If there is an issue with this provider we will contact you and update you what channel your package will come through.
Canada Post Delivery Times
Local Delivery: 1 - 2 business days
Regional Delivery: 2 - 3 business days
National Delivery: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Total Expected Time Frame
This time frame is including, creating the piece, getting to the post office and the delivery time from the carrier.
Local Delivery: 7 - 14 business days
Regional Delivery: 8 - 15 business days
National Delivery: 9 - 19 business days, depending on the destination.
International Shipping
All international order costs are based on weight and destination. Please be aware that you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and/or customs fees for your country.
What if my package gets lost?
This would be horrible and we are manifesting everything we can in our power to make sure this doesn't happen. However, once the package is out of our hands its in the universal hands of the world. If you have not received your package please email us and we will start our investigation!
